Director, Strategic Accounts
Thomas Slabe, Director of Strategic Account Management for Dayton Superior Corporation, started a SAM program within Dayton Superior that includes both commercial and government customers. He is also heads the sales training for their core sales group.

Prior to joining Dayton Superior Corporation, Thomas worked at SIP Corporation for 11 years where he initiated a National Accounts program that transitioned into a split between National, Strategic, and Government Accounts. The team grew to 34 SAMs/NAMs while sales accounted for over 30% of the company's revenue. Other roles before becoming SAM Director include positions in field sales, marketing, and sales management.

Thomas has been a speaker at numerous SAMA events, including the 40th Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida (2004), and the 41st Annual Conference in Dallas, Texas (2005).
