Tom received his Bachelor's degree in business administration from Governor's State University in Park Forest South, Ill., and is a past president and current board member of the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA), the premier sales trade association for national account management. He is a knowledgeable source of information on strategic account management, corporate procurement practices and trends, the dynamics of business-to-business sales and developing strong customer relationships.
